68 05. Submission of the statement of assets and liabilities of candidates at the time of delivery of nomination paper or before the expiry of 05 days after delivery of nomination paper. 06. Avoid use of liquor or intoxicants at polling stations and ballot paper counting centers and entering polling stations when under the influence of liquor. 07. Only those who are permitted by law shall enter into the nomination accepting centre or polling stations as well as its premises or counting centers or results declaration centers. 08.
