1.4 Develop an action plan Once the GSDT has been established, hold planning meetings to map out how the gender strategy will be developed. This should happen before final approval is sought from the Board and/or Senior Leadership. Developing an action plan early provides a clear roadmap for the process, including key steps, responsibilities and timing. It also helps internal and external stakeholders understand what the NHRI is planning to do. The example below is one approach only. Your NHRI may already have its own planning templates and processes.
