Drafting Guidelines for Human Rights Assessment and Human Rights Friendly Budgets Komnas HAM RI drafted Human Rights Assessment Guidelines which are intended as a reference to assess The purpose of such drafting is to increase awareness, observance, and compliance with human rights standards in every policy making or action of state authorities. Human rights assessment is carried out through examination of various aspects of law and the compliance of ministries/institutions to comply with human rights principles. In addition, Komnas HAM RI also drafted Human Rights Friendly Budget Indicators and Recommendations on the Draft of 2024 State Budget (RAPBN 2024). legislation, decisions, and other measures that have been taken by ministries/ agencies that may violate human rights.
