Anyone aged 18 and below is considered a child, not an adult. For your information, children’s rights are enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child or CRC. These rights are universal, that is, they apply to everyone around the world. Dave : Teacher, what are the issues that are raised in the CRC?
