NHRC Fund Rules 1.2.1 Decision Making of the Commission In order to harness the broad range of expertise of all members and the Chairman, most important Policy decisions are taken in the Commission Meeting that take place almost in every month. The urgent routine policy decisions are carried out by Honorable Chairman in consistent with Members, Secretary and other officers of the Commission. The Chairman and the Members work separately in the thematic areas as Chair of respective Thematic Committee and sometime work together as members of embodied Enquiry Committees. Sensitive cases are dealt by Full bench led by hon’ble Chairman. Apart from Full bench which sit on every Monday, the other Two benches sit twice in a week for handling the day to day complaints.
