Scenario 3.
I was called by one of my colleagues, [NAME], who was in a state of severe
distress. Three armed men broke into her house during the evening about
two weeks ago. They did not hurt her but they threatened her, and took all the
valuables they could find. She was very afraid at the time, but she handled the
situation well and kept calm. After they left, [NAME] called the police and the
locksmith, as they had stolen her keys. However, two weeks had now passed
and she was not feeling well. She told me she has not slept much and had in
fact stayed awake several nights, feeling afraid they would come back. She was
not able to go to work, as she was too tired to focus.
