The Cadre approved by the Department of Management Services in 2015 was 233 but the absence of an approved Scheme of Recruitment prevented the Commission from recruiting additional officers. The total staff employed in 2015 at the Head Office and the Regional Offices were 161.The Government Treasury is the principal funder of the Commission.
