(2) The Commission may formulate and implement necessary procedures or directives to carry out its functions in a well-organized way. 33. Protection of action taken in Good Faith : Regarding any act done or intended to be done in good faith by the Commission or the Chairperson or a Member or employee or any individual assigned by the Commission pursuant to this Act or Rules there under, no suit or legal proceedings shall be initiated. 34. To be in Accordance with the Prevailing Laws: In the matters contained in this Act, this Act shall prevail and in other matters, action shall be taken in accordance with prevailing laws. 35. Repeal and Savings: (1) Human Rights Commission Act, 2053 is, hereby, repealed. (2) Functions and proceedings undertaken in accordance with Human Rights Commission Act, 2053 shall be considered as undertaken in accordance with this Act. 18 www.lawcommission.gov.np
