81 สิทธิและเสรีภาพในอนุสัญญานี้จะได๎รับการรับรองโดยปราศจากการเลือกปฏิบัติด๎วยเหตุใดๆ เชํน เพศ เชื้อชาติ สีผิว ภาษา ศาสนา ความเห็นทางการเมืองหรือความเห็นอื่นๆ ชาติกาเนิดหรือแหลํงกาเนิด ทางสังคม การเป็นสมาชิกในสมาคมของชนกลุํมน๎อย ทรัพย์สิน กาเนิด หรือ สถานะอื่น Article 14. The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth or other status. 1.2) กฎบัตรสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานของสหภาพยุโรป (Charter of Fundamental rights of the European Union) ในหมวด 3 (Title III) วําด๎วยความเทําเทียมกัน (Equality) มีหลักดังนี้ ข้อ 20 (ความเท่าเทียมกันภายใต้กฎหมาย) บุคคลทุกคนมีความเทําเทียมกันภายใต๎กฎหมาย Article 20 (Equality before the Law) Everyone is equal before the law. ข้อ 21 การไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ 1. การเลือกปฏิบัติใดๆบนพื้นฐานของเหตุแหํงการเลือกปฏิบัติ เชํน เพศ เชื้อชาติ สีผิว ชาติพันธุ์ แหลํงกาเนิดทางสังคม ลักษณะทางพันธุกรรม ภาษา ศาสนา หรือ ความเชื่อ ความเห็นทางการเมืองหรือ ความเห็นอื่น การเป็นสมาชิกของชนกลุํมน๎อย ทรัพย์สิน กาเนิด ความพิการ อายุ หรือ รสนิยมทางเพศนั้น ถือเป็นการต๎องห๎าม 2. การเลือกปฏิบัติใดๆด๎วยเหตุแหํงสัญชาตินั้นถือเป็นการต๎องห๎าม ทั้งนี้ภายใต๎กรอบแหํงการปรับ ใช๎สนธิสัญ��านี้และโดยปราศจากอคติใดๆ Article 21 (Non-Discrimination) 1. Any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation shall be prohibited. 2.
