The refugees should be guaranteed a dignified life after their return to home country. Initiative should be taken for setting up a free monitoring mechanism as and when the refugees begin to return. Necessary provisions should be made for impartially investigating on the appeal filed by the refugees against the verification procedure. Nationality right of a person should be guaranteed. 4
