• Disturbanceinperception Ͳ Thisinvolvesseeing,hearing,feeling,tasting,
andsmellingthingsintheabsenceofsensorystimuli.Peopleoftenobserve
individualsexperiencingthisphenomenon:talkingorlaughingby
themselves,seeingthingsthatonlytheycouldsee,smellingstrangescents,
orfeelingthatsomethingiscrawlingundertheirskin.
