Licensing, which the LTO has extended the validity of driver’s licenses from 5 years to 10 years, for those with no violations. Ms. Soliven also brought up their driver’s education programs which are offered by LTO Driver’s Education Centers, Technical Education and Skills Development (TESDA) & driving schools, she has also brought up LTO and TESDA’s Memorandum of Agreements for scholarships and/or to offer free applications to the Driver’s Education Centers. During the quarantine, LTO has also extended the validity of student permits, Drivers Licenses, and Conductors Licenses for those in need.107 107 Id.
