Executive summary Chapter I The Israeli occupation policy and violations and their effect on the ability of State of Palestine to ensure human rights in 2019 In 2019, the Israeli occupation went very far in violating the International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Law and continued ignoring punishment of those committing grave violations against the Palestinians and ignored equity for the victims.
