NCHR team inspected District Jail Mansehra to assess the overall situation of Human Rights on 13th December 2022. Regular visits to Rawalpindi Jail by NCHR team both for investigation of cases of torture, oversight and to distribute Eid clothes and gifts to the women and children inmates. INSTITUTIONAL VISITS HOSPITALS Visited Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Developmental Disorders and wrote to Ministry of Human Rights regarding shortcomings at the Institute, including vacancy position, lack of CCTVs, inadequate housing and food arrangements. Visited the following hospitals to monitor overall situation of human rights, the provision of facilities/wards/beds for transgender persons, to ensure proper implementation of 5% quota for minority workers, and to oversee the provision of personal protection equipment PPI for employees.         PIMS Hospital Islamabad Poly Clinic Hospital Islamabad.
