POLICY ADVISOR NCHR’s Policymaking function includes reviewing factors inhibiting enjoyment of human rights and recommending remedies. Nationwide Consultations and NCHR’s Strategic Plan NCHR, in collaboration with European Union-funded Huqooq-e-Pakistan Project (HeP), and the expertise of Osama Siddiqui launched its country-wide consultative process for inputs from civil society for the commission’s four-year strategic plan.
