CHAPTER IV SERVICES, ENTITIES, ADVISORY BODIES AND TERRITORIAL DELEGATIONS SECTION I Services provided by the Secretary for Human Rights and Justice Article 7 Executive Secretary 1. The duty of the Executive Secretary is to provide general guidance on all services pertaining to the Provedor for Human Rights and Justice. 2. The Executive Secretary has the following duties: a) To ensure the general internal management of the Secretariat and its services and to propose the appropriate measures in accordance with the program and the general guidelines of the Provedor; b) To arrange, organize, develop and coordinate professional management techniques and the efficient operation of the services in the general administration, finance and property management areas;
