Stress-Relieving Exercises You Can Do
Stress has a direct impact on a person’s mental health. According to the
World Health Organization, “too much stress can overwhelm [a person],
leading them to a fight, flight, or freeze response. So learning how to cope
with stress is important for our mental and physical well-being.”
To combat this, Justice Fernandez, a psychologist for MAG, teaches a
few stress-busting exercises. These are simple and easy to do even while
you’re sitting at your desk or while you’re on a coffee break.
Reflexology
A type of massage, reflexology involves putting pressure on the parts of the
body that are, in theory, connected to body systems and organs. The most
common body parts where reflexology is applied are the ears, feet, and hands.
