Participants were requested to evaluate their level of satisfaction using a five-point scale ranging from dissatisfied to very
satisfied. The categories of very satisfied and satisfied (the top two grades) were considered as indicative of meeting the
measure. During the reported period, 88 surveys were sent out and 17 responses were received.
