Election observation teams/ representatives/ organizations (national and international) can give
special attention and take action to protect human rights and civil rights during elections:

deficiencies in the conduct of fair, free and peaceful elections.
Election management in particular: collection of proper information on
election materials, competence of officials concerned and pre- preparation

Gaining voters' interest and confidence in the transparency of the election
process through the active presence of observers.

In the light of the Election Observation Policy, 2017, local observers
(Section-11) and International Organization Observers (Section-12)
should properly adhere to the Code of Conduct (Section-14) prescribed for
them.
Post Election
Period
Prepare and submit credible reports on the quality and accuracy of the
entire election process and the accuracy of the election results based on the
information collected and sent to the Commission.

Voters can focus on and take steps to protect human rights and civil rights during elections:

Collecting correct information about national identity card, voter number,
polling station and voting procedure.
Selection and self-motivation of the right and qualified candidates through
own review. Prepare mentally for voting.

If there are any elderly, disabled or disabled members in the family, taking
the necessary assistance of the local administration to ensure their right to
vote.
Do not resort to any kind of fake vote or fraud for voting.
To contribute to the creation of an environment of peaceful coexistence in
the area with all.
