By grounds of discrimination, 119 were for disability, 15 for sexual harassment, 13 for age, 7 for social status, and 19 for others. 4 complaints about discrimination based on disability resulted in the Commission filing criminal charges and 1 case on sexual harassment reached a settlement through mediation. Other than recommendations, a total of 79 complaints including 33 against sexual harassment and 30 against disability were closed by mutual settlement in the process of investigation.
