4. NIHR presents its current parallel report, based on CERD’s2 concluding observations, Combined National Report3, and the list of issues reported by CERD 4. It addresses the most prominent issues approved by the provisions of the Convention, which NHIR believes to have cast a shadow on the practical reality over the past years. NIHR made several recommendations that it considers appropriate in this regard.
