Budget Variances Commentary The most significant Cash Flow variances to Budget relate to the contributed equity injection received as well as cash received and used for operating activities. The Cash Flow Statement shows higher than expected receipts for new Budget measures as well as from rendering of services for the supply of domestic and international human rights technical assistance programs. The increase in cash receipts had a corresponding increase in cash used for operating activities.
