Impact The change that occurs as a result of activities, outputs and/or outcomes. Indicators The measures you will use to track progress towards, or achievement of, planned outputs and outcomes Inputs The resources needed to achieve your outputs and outcomes. Inputs can include your NHRI’s staff, financial, physical and technical resources Purpose Statement Sets out what your NHRI strives to do in order to achieve your vision. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) The process by which you will understand whether your gender strategy is working and/or whether any changes need to be made to your actions, inputs or outputs. Outcomes The changes that your NHRI is working towards.
