Series of Places of Detention Assessment Reports (02) Assessment Tool The assessment tool is divided into four main parts that take into account the rights of staff, inmates, and visitors with disabilities. There is under each part a group of sub-parts, each of which has a designated set of questions as follows: First Section: General Policies of the CRC 1. CRC’s administration 2. CRC’s staff 3. Health care guarantees for inmates 4. Torture and the use of force 5. Procedures for receiving detainees 6. Conditions of detention 7. Visitors Second section: Equipment and Infrastructure of the CRC 1. Infrastructure of the inmates’ accommodation rooms and facilities 2. Service facilities Third Section: Juvenile Detention Centers It includes fourteen questions for assessing the conditions of the most recent detention centers.
