Program description
TUPAD is a safety net program that provides temporary wage employment to the workers in
the informal sector who were displaced or whose earnings were affected due to the COVID19 pandemic.
Coverage:
Duration of Work:
Workers in the informal sector particularly

The payment of wages was clarified by Ms. Gonzales. She explained that the highest
