b. Pay more attention to the training of judges specializing in the field of
reformation justice for children, as well as the continuous and
comprehensive training of law enforcement personnel who work with
this group, with a view to enhancing their knowledge and technical
capacities in the best interests of the child in all circumstances.
c. To strengthen the reform justice courts for children with specialized staff
in psychology, sociology, as well as childhood specialists, as an important
adjunct to juvenile judges in their legal and judicial field.
d. Pay more attention, and social, psychological, and health care to the
services provided to children accompanying their mothers who are
imprisoned or remanded in custody in the Reform and Rehabilitation
Corporation, provided that the quality of the services offered to the child
does not in any way affect the behavior of the mother in the Corporation.
