23 Figure 14: Access to Social Security Likewise, the vast majority of respondents (72.7%) did not benefit from the government's primary employment and assistance programs—TUPAD and CAMP—when they lost their livelihood at the height of the pandemic. On the other hand, most (63.6%) of those who continued working report that they were provided PPEs, alcohol, and other necessary resources by their companies. However, 71.4% of the responses shared that their companies did not shoulder the cost of COVID-19 testing (antigen or RT-PCR).
