March via JPO Dukuh Atas — Bundaran HI — Sudirman Station — Komnas HAM RI Office; b. The Declaration of “Human Friendly Elections”. It was attended by election organizers, legislative members, and political parties, including Rahmat Bagja, Chairperson of Bawaslu RI; Hashim Asy’ari, Chairperson of KPU RI: Pangeran Khairul Saleh, Deputy Chairperson of Commission III of DPR RI; Mardiono, Interim General Chairperson of the United Development Party (PPP). Declaration of Human Rights Friendly Elections held at Komnas HAM RI office, on June 11, 2023. 3) Human Rights Day Commemoration and Human Rights Festival 2023 The momentum of reflection on human rights enforcement and advocacy for 30 years of Komnas HAM RI boiled down to the 2023 Human Rights Festival in Singkawang City and the Memorial of Human Rights Day 2023. The series of activities Commemorating Human Rights Day 2023, consists of: a. Competition of Digital Human Rights Comics; b. Human Rights Comics Exhibi- tion 2023 at the National Library on December 4-9, 2023; c. Human Rights Day 2023 Commemoration Summit at Lapangan Banteng Jakarta, December 10, 2023. In organizing the Memorial Day of Human Rights 2023, Komnas HAM RI cooperated with various parties, including Ministry of Human Rights RI, National Library of Indonesia, Komunitas Paper Replika Indonesia, and Center for Indonesian Medical Students Activities (CIMSA). This Human Rights Day commemoration was attended by 567 participants. In addition to the celebration of Human Rights Day 2023, Komnas HAM RI organized the Human Rights Festival 2023 in Singkawang City on 17-19 October 2023. The festival was organized by Komnas HAM RI in cooperation with the Office of the President’s Staff (KSP) and the International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development (INFID). The 2023 Human Rights Festival in Singkawang City consists of various activities, including: (1) a conference consisting of 4 plenary discussions and 9 parallel discussions; (2) exhibitions, artistic and cultural events; (3) field trips; (4) various races; (5) Human Rights Festival pre-events; (6) declaration of conference results; (7) tolerance campaigns; and (8) promotional media and information dissemination.
