Based on this study, Komnas HAM RI provided recommendations to the Government to: a. Implement the ratification of the PRT Bill and ratify ILO Convention 189 to provide effective protection of the rights of domestic workers; b. Establish regulations that specifically regulate the rights of precarious workers in order to provide legal recognition and protection after the adoption of the Law of Work Creation; c. Create the necessary social protection schemes, such as paid leave, health insurance and pensions, which are available to all workers, including vulnerable workers. The thematic review is intertwined with strategic issues and strengthens the perspective of Komnas HAM RI in addressing new human rights challenges throughout 2023. Table 3.2.
