Based on this situation, the Commission tries to carry out various innovations through interpreting existing human rights norms and mandates to address the 2024 election situation and the impact of the corporate paradox. 2.2. The Realization of the Strategic Issues of Komnas HAM RI and the Interpretation of its Mandate Economic growth, which is the development paradigm in Indonesia, contributes to driving the climate crisis and socio-ecological damage, especially due to natural resource exploitation. In facing new human rights challenges throughout 2023, Komnas HAM RI seeks to interpret its mandate so that human rights norms can be realized in practice through strategies, programs, and institutional activities.
