In this context, Komnas HAM RI continues to encourage the legality of protecting domestic workers by accelerating the ratification of the Domestic Workers Protection Bill (RUU PPRT). Komnas HAM RI also emphasizes the importance of affirmative policies for vulnerable groups so that they can exercise their right to vote in the 2024 elections freely, fairly, transparently, and without discrimination. Furthermore, Komnas HAM RI handles the problems experienced by Indonesian migrant workers who are vulnerable to becoming victims of transnational crimes, especially crimes of human trafficking, drug trafficking and terrorism.
