On the other hand, 8 respondents stated that their organisations have policies
that protect employees from any form of discrimination based on gender
identity, gender expression and/or sexual orientation such as employee
handbook, memo on non-discrimination policy to all staff, and had protect the
secrecy of identity.

When respondents facing difficulty in obtaining employment due to the
difference between their legal documents and gender identity, it will affect their
livelihood.
