Remarks obtained: 26. The participants in the survey were asked to answer the questions regarding how the medical staff dealt with them, the food provided, and most of the isolated ad quarantined people responded that they were given the result of their tests was positive for the infected, whereas the others who were exposed, were placed in the medical quarantine centers. 27. All the participants in the survey unanimously stated that the precautionary measures undertaken with them from the moment they arrived at the isolation or quarantine center was adequate. The family members, relatives, and friends were not allowed to visit people in isolation who were infected with the coronavirus, to ensure their safety and that of their families. The people in the medical quarantine, were allowed to have visits if observed certain conditions including maintaining social distancing, refraining from any physical contact, keeping a distance not less than 10 meters. Around 60% of them mentioned that the timing and the duration of the visit was suitable. All the participants confirmed they were allowed to use their mobiles, communicating with external world freely, being provided with internet services through Wi-Fi routers. Around 96.9% of them expressed their feeling of being safe in that place around the clock. 28.
