Part 7 Miscellaneous Section 121 Part 7—Miscellaneous 121 Delegation (1) The Commission may, by writing under its seal, delegate to: (a) a member of the Commission; or (b) the Commissioner; or (c) a member of the staff of the Commission; or (d) another person or body of persons; all or any of the powers conferred on the Commission under this Act, other than powers in connection with the performance of the functions that, under section 67, are to be performed by the Commissioner on behalf of the Commission. (2) The Commissioner may, by writing signed by the Commissioner, delegate to: (a) a member of the staff of the Commission; or (b) any other person or body of persons; approved by the Commission, all or any of the powers exercisable by the Commissioner under this Act. 122 Liability of persons involved in unlawful acts A person who causes, instructs, induces, aids or permits another person to do an act that is unlawful under Division 1, 2, 2A or 3 of Part 2 is, for the purposes of this Act, taken also to have done the act. 123 Conduct by directors, employees and agents (1) If, for the purposes of this Act, it is necessary to establish the state of mind of a body corporate in relation to particular conduct, it is sufficient to show: 56 Disability Discrimination Act 1992 Compilation No. 33 Compilation date: 12/4/18 Authorised Version C2018C00125 registered 19/04/2018 Registered: 19/4/18
