Part 2 Prohibition of disability discrimination Division 3 Discrimination involving harassment Section 35 Division 3—Discrimination involving harassment 35 Harassment in employment (1) It is unlawful for a person to harass another person who: (a) is an employee of that person; and (b) has a disability; in relation to the disability. (2) It is unlawful for a person to harass another person who: (a) is an employee of a person by whom the first-mentioned person is employed; and (b) has a disability; in relation to the disability. (3) It is unlawful for a person to harass another person who: (a) is seeking employment by the first-mentioned person or by an employer of the first-mentioned person; and (b) has a disability; in relation to the disability. (4) It is unlawful for a person to harass another person who: (a) is a commission agent or contract worker of that person; and (b) has a disability; in relation to the disability. (5) It is unlawful for a person to harass another person who: (a) is a commission agent or contract worker of a person of whom the first-mentioned person is a commission agent or contract worker; and (b) has a disability; in relation to the disability.
