The Ministry plans to continue the consultation on guidelines for sex education in school. Still, a substantial improvement has not taken place as the Ministry of Education continues to stick to the position which opposes the inclusion of human rights of sexual minorities in sex education by inviting the representative of school parents who are conducting an anti-homosexuality campaign to the public-private joint conference.38 89.
