As part of celebrating human rights day, 2014, JAMAKON also arranged two television programmes which were aired on 9 and 10 December 2014 in the Channel-i and Channel-71. One programme was about rights of children and the role of JAMAKON while the other one was about human rights for prosperous lives. Professor Dr. Mizanur Rahman, the Chaimran, JAMAKON, Kazi Reazul Hoque, Full Time Member, JAMAKON, Advocate Sultana Kamal, Executive Director, Ain O Salish Kendra, Advocate Momtaz Begum, Chairman, Jatiya Mohilla Sangstha, Binoy Krisna Mallick, Executive Director, Rights Jessore and Shamsul Alam Bakul, Deputy Director, Child Governance, Save the Children and Mr. Sanjeeb Drong, Secretary, National Adivashi Forum attended the discussions. Dissemination of human rights message through Gamvira, Pot Song, Drama, and installing Billboards: JAMAKON took initiatives to disseminate human rights message through popular forms of traditional media i.e. Gamvira, Pot Song, Drama, and installing Billboards throughout the country. In 2014, 12 districts were covered where 11950 participants including women, youth students and adolescents participated in these events. In 2014, JAMAKON installed a total 192 billboards in 64 Districts in Bangladesh containing messages on JAMAKON mandate, complaint filling mechanism, child marriage and domestic violence.
