Members of the Committee on Child Labor Members of the Committee on Child Labor to the Ministry of Labour and Employment: (a) Updating National Action Plan 2016 so that – (1) All types of vulnerable child labor could be eliminated by 2025 as per government’s commitment. (2) Refinement of the list of vulnerable child labor could be possible (3) Both area wise and sector wise strategies could be made. (b) Updating information based on the base line survey on child labor conducted nationally. (c) Building child focused security measures for marginalized families and rehabilitate rescued children. Protecting rights of child labors in work place. Forming child labor protection fund. (d) Creating institutional surveillance on Child Labor through amendment of law. (e) Taking initiative of signing ILO convention- 138 and amendment of labour law. (f) Proper implementation of child budget. (g) Building child friendly safety net. For this Coordinated implementation structure may be formed among Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Women and Children Affairs and Ministry of Social Welfare.
