Thus, departmental case had been filed against them and one increment had been temporarily postponed for one year. 3.6 Some successful cases on other complaints Complaint No. Cha. 83 /20 "A" lodged complaint at NHRC that he did his job with honesty and integrity for 30 years. But present Managing Committee suspended him. He appealed to the board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Chattagram. 42nd Appeal and Arbitration Committee found that the decision of managing committee was not taken in accordance with the rules. Thus, the committee was instructed to restore the job of "A". But the committee did not obey the instruction. As per the request of "A" the UNO also sent letter to the president of the Managing Committee to restore his job. The committee did not pay any heed to the letter. Thus, he lodged complaint to the NHRC. NHRC sent letter to the Managing Committee to implement the instruction given by the Education board and Upazilla administration. The committee reported that Mr. ''A'' joined the school and the Committee was arranging to pay his dues. Mr. ''A'' expressed satisfaction after getting his job back. Complaint No. Cha 29/21. Complainant 'A' lodged complaint that he had not got freedom fighter certificate for her father. He mentioned that his father was martyr fighter. Despite the fact, his father did not get any recognition and certificate. NHRC sent letter to Senior Secretary of Ministry of Defense to verify the matter and arrange for the recognition if true. The ministry informed that the complaint found to be true and they recommended for providing certificate for the complainant’s father. NHRC instructed the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs to take action accordingly and inform Commission. Complaint No. Khu 21/21 "B" lodged Complaint that he was employed in Rural Reconstruction Foundation as Regional Manager. His higher authority told him not to sign in attendance sheet and movement register. The company dismissed him later on. After NHRC’s intervention, he got his education certificates, laptop and security money. Complaint No. 115 /19 'A' lodged complaint that his father "B" filed case in Vested Property Tribunal, Thakurgaon to release his father's "ক"/"ka" scheduled property. The tribunal instructed Deputy Commissioner, Thakurgaon accordingly. Government party appealed against the instruction but it was dismissed. But the property was not released. NHRC sent letter to Deputy Commissioner of Thakurgaon to take legal action and inform the commission. The DC reported that AC (land) was instructed to take action for releasing the property.
