Article 20. Appeals of the Human Rights Ombudsman to the appropriate body for protection of the violated rights and freedoms of applicant Depending on the results of the review of complaint, the Human Rights Ombudsman shall have the right: a) to appeal to the competent state bodies with the petition to open disciplinary or administrative proceedings or criminal case in relation to the official, whose decision or act (omission) contain violation of rights and freedoms of a person and citizen. b) appeal to the Chairmen of Supreme Court and High Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan and Prosecutor-General of the Republic of Tajikistan with the notion to examine the enforced court decision in the established order. Article 21. Appeal of the Human Rights Ombudsman to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan In case of violation of the rights and freedoms of the applicant caused by legal and regulatory acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Human Rights Ombudsman shall have the right to appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan with the inquiry on their compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan. Article 22. Contribution of the Human Rights Ombudsman to the improvement of legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan 1. Contributing to improvement of legislation of the Republic Tajikistan, concerning the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen and also its compliance with the Constitution of the Republic Tajikistan and international legal acts recognized by Republic Tajikistan the Human Rights Ombudsman shall have the right: a) to make proposals to the subjects of legislative initiative on improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan; b) to participate in the drafting of regulatory and normative acts of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning the rights and freedom of a person and citizen. Article 23. Contribution by the Human Rights Ombudsman in promotion of the legal education Promoting legal education in the field of rights and freedom of a person and a citizen the Human Rights Ombudsman shall have the right: a) to disseminate the information on the rights and freedom of the person and citizen;
