Policy Issuances The Commission released a total of 76 Policy issuances composed of Advisories, Position Papers, HR Bulletins, Comments, and Statements. Of these numbers, 23 were approved by the Commission en Banc and/or released nationally and 53 issuances were released by the regions in their local stakeholders (Annex 3). A.
