Human Rights Awareness Programmes For Army Officers The Division developed modules and conducted human rights awareness programmes for army officers on the requests made by the Directorate of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law of Sri Lanka Army. The HRCSL Head Office provided Sinhala speaking resource persons to Jaffna, Batticaloa and Trincomalee due to lack of Sinhala speaking resource persons in those areas.
