or not that other statement or information relates to the entity, but only if each
statement or set of information is separately identifiable within that document.

A Minister other than the responsible Minister may present an entity’s state‐
ment of performance expectations to the House of Representatives if—
(a)
the statement is presented in a document that includes another statement
or other information; and
(b)
that other Minister is responsible for presenting that other statement or
information.

149M Obligation to publish and present amendments to statement of
performance expectations

As soon as practicable after an amendment to a final statement of performance
expectations is finalised under section 149J or 149K,—
(a)
the Crown entity must publish the amendment on an Internet site main‐
tained by or on behalf of the entity; and
(b)
the responsible Minister must present a copy of the amendment to the
House of Representatives.
Despite subsection (1),—
(a)
if the amendment will come into force on or after the next Budget day,
the responsible Minister—
(i)
may require the entity not to publish the amendment in the preBudget period; and
(ii)
need not present the amendment to the House of Representatives
in that period; and
(b)
the entity must not publish an amendment to a statement of performance
expectations before publishing the statement of performance expecta‐
tions under section 149L; and
(c)
the responsible Minister must not present a copy of an amendment to a
statement of performance expectations to the House of Representatives
before presenting a copy of the statement of performance expectations to
the House of Representatives under section 149L; and
(d)
if Parliament is not in session, subsection (1)(b) does not apply, but the
responsible Minister must present a copy of the amendment to the House
of Representatives as soon as possible after the commencement of the
next session of Parliament.
