82 ข้อ 1 พันธกรณีในการเคารพสิทธิ ประเทศสมาชิกจะดาเนินการเพื่อให๎มีการเคารพตํอสิทธิและเสรีภาพตามสนธิสัญญานี้ และรับรอง วําบุคคลทุกคนในเขตอานาจของประเทศสมาชิกจะได๎รับสิทธิและเสรีภาพเต็มที่ โดยปราศจากการเลือก ปฏิบั ติด๎ว ยเหตุแหํ งเชื้อชาติ สี ผิ ว เพศ ภาษา ศาสนา ความคิดเห็ นทางการเมืองและความคิดเห็ นอื่น สัญชาติและแหลํงกาเนิดทางสังคม สถานะทางเศรษฐกิจ กาเนิด หรือเงื่อนไขทางสังคมอื่น Article 1 Obligation to Respect Rights 1. The States Parties to this Convention undertake to respect the rights and freedoms recognized herein and to ensure to all persons subject to their jurisdiction the free and full exercise of those rights and freedoms, without any discrimination for reasons of race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, economic status, birth, or any other social condition. ข้อ 24 สิทธิในการได้รับความคุ้มครองอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน บุคคลทุกคนเทําเทียมกันภายใต๎กฎหมาย ดังนั้น จึงมีสิทธิได๎รับการคุ๎มครองตามกฎหมายเทําเทียม กันโดยปราศจากการเลือกปฏิบัติ Article 24 Right to Equal Protection All persons are equal before the law. Consequently, they are entitled, without discrimination, to equal protection of the law. 3) กฎบัตรแอฟริกาว่าด้วยสิทธิมนุษยชนและสิทธิปวงชน (The African Charter on Human and People’s Rights) ข้อ 2 บุคคลทุกคนมีสิทธิและเสรีภาพดังที่รับรองไว๎ในกฎบัตรนี้โดยปราศจากการปฏิบัติที่แตกตํางกัน ด๎วยเหตุใดๆ เชํน เชื้อชาติ กลุํมชาติพันธุ์ สีผิว เพศ ภาษา ศาสนา ความคิดเห็นทางการเมื องหรือความ คิดเห็นอื่น สัญชาติและแหลํงกาเนิดทางสังคม ทรัพย์สิน กาเนิด หรือ สถานะอื่น Article 2 Every individual shall be entitled to the enjoyment of the rights and freedoms recognized and guaranteed in the present Charter without distinction of any kind such as race, ethnic group, colour, sex, language, religion, political or any other opinion, national and social origin, fortune, birth or other status. ข้อ 3 1. บุคคลทุกคนมีความเทําเทียมกันภายใต๎กฎหมาย 2. บุคคลทุกคนมีสิทธิได๎รับการคุ๎มครองภายใต๎กฎหมายที่เทําเทียมกัน Article 3
