Summary of prevalence of workplace
sexual harassment
Nearly one in three (30%) workers have personally experienced sexual harassment in the last 5
years (based on the behavioural definition). However, there appears to be a gap in understanding
what can constitute sexual harassment, with just 17% of workers saying they’ve been ‘sexually
harassed’ in their lifetime.
