Promotion of official language 4.9 Publication of Annual Hindi Journal: Since the dimension of human rights literature is very limited in our country in Hindi language, NHRC started to publish Hindi Journal from the year 2004 in order to create human rights awareness through creative writing. NHRC published its 18thVolume and released it on Human Rights Day, i.e., 10 December 2021. 4.10 MARG Booklets: The Commission published 21 booklets on various Human Rights issues in collaboration with Multiple Action Research Group (MARG), a Delhi based organization.
