Annual Report 2011–2012 The assessment measures whether the APF’s performance is ‘on track’, whether ‘more work is needed’ to progress a strategic objective or, in certain circumstances, whether there was ‘not enough information’ to make an informed assessment. Where possible the assessment is based on the relationship of measurements to benchmarks and the trends over time. For the year in review the status of the APF’s performance, arranged by strategic objective and indicator, is presented below.
