Annexure: 3 Stakeholder Analysis Stakeholder analysis is the process of iden�fying the organisa�on’s stakeholders and their interests, assessing their influence, or how these impact the organisa�on, to formulate strategies for managing rela�onships with them. At the strategic level, an organisa�on may conduct a broader review of stakeholder rela�onships to inform the strategy-making and objec�ve-se�ng process. Therefore, a stakeholder analysis was undertaken to gather and analyse qualita�ve informa�on to determine whose interests should be taken when developing and implemen�ng this Strategic Plan. The table below presents the stakeholder analysis.
