Providing foreign language courses for current NHRC employees to help improve their proficiency in foreign languages and ability to review international documents. 3. Working with the APF and other national human rights institutions/organizations to create an exchange mechanism; holding of training programs for personnel involved in international collaborations. 3. Expected outcomes 1) Active participation in international human rights initiatives: Participating in exchange and collaboration with international organizations and other national human rights institutions on selected human rights topics; building an international network for human rights exchanges. 2) Cultivation of international professional human rights talent: Strengthening the skills of personnel in charge of international collaborations; working with international human rights organizations and other national human rights institutions to build a network for sharing human rights talent. 58
