Creating an independent mechanism for monitoring CRPD
compliance and implementation in accordance with Article 33
of the CRPD and Article 5 of its Implementation Act; preparing
regular monitoring reports.

Exploring the monitoring of children’s rights:
1. Providing feasible strategic and policy recommendations for
the establishment of a mechanism for monitoring children’s
rights in Taiwan.
2. Reviewing the comprehensiveness of the Executive Yuan’s six
major human rights indicators and providing concrete
recommendations.
3. Formulating key children’s rights monitoring indicators based
on the United Nation’s CRC monitoring indices.
4. Fostering accessible, user-friendly channels for children’s
